Recruiting the right people for this Government Dept client is key to the success of it’s many initiatives. With a suite of exercises, designed specifically for each of the roles being recruited for, our teams around the country work with this client on an ad hoc basis, supporting centres whenever and wherever they are required.

Each set of exercises is piloted and soft launched and then wider roleplayer teams are trained, based on feedback collected during those sessions. Consistency of performance is important between regional teams, so care is taken to ensure that the financial and commercial information is fully understood by all and that emotional levels are discussed and benchmarked.
