As part of their Learning and Development supplier framework, we worked with this government-supported client on numerous campaigns over the last 10 years.

One such campaign we supported, was a recruitment project, with a core team of role-players every day of the week on busy half-day events for several weeks. As the project involved recruitment for engineers and Quantity Surveyors, the roleplays themselves were highly challenging for the delegates, with Roleplay 1 staged as a peer to peer meeting discussing priorities and finance issues, and Roleplay 2  as a Stakeholder meeting, with the role-player seeking to discuss and influence a planning situation.

These centres were run periodically for 2 years and the role-plays worked well, giving assessors the evidence they needed to successfully select from a wide range of delegates who attended from all over Europe.

'…We are delighted by this news and I am sure that it is in no small part due to your flexibility and the consistently high quality of work you put into each assessment centre along with your input to the wider project e.g. the ad hoc briefings, etc. I have immensely enjoyed working with you and your team and am looking forward to continuing to do so…'
