While providing roleplayers for assessment, development, recruitment and training for this major player in the brewery industry, we worked closely with them to develop suites of exercises for their Emerging Talent programme.
In 3 tiers, this programme was designed to nurture talent from within the organisation covering all areas of the business, with development centres to benchmark skills and identify areas to work on. Our input here was in both designing the roleplay exercises used in all three tiers of the management programme, and with our teams taking the roles of customers and underperforming staff throughout the year as required.
These exercises were put together in close collaboration with the departments concerned, with valuable input gathered from sales, marketing, logistics and factory floor, to create authentic and relevant scenarios.
