Using Forum Theatre, devised scenarios, hot seating and real play techniques, our associates work with your trainers and other external consultants to find the right method for your delegates.
Interactive style training is as entertaining as it is enlightening, whether the delegates chose to join in the action and roleplay themselves, or just watch a demonstration and change the behaviours of the actors during the scenario in front of them.
Working with your trainers in situ or facilitating sessions themselves under your guidance, the aim is to emphasise the impact of the messages you need delivered.
This is especially useful for areas where the subject matter may be difficult, such as breaking bad news, bullying, diversity issues, handling difficult customers or disciplinary techniques.
