/>Primarily for an Energy Resources client, we created a bespoke series of workshops to help allay the fears of new board members, focusing on public speaking and the need to present complex, financial information to varied audiences worldwide.
The core of the workshop is centred on vocal exercises and developing positive body language, including how to project authority and gravitas while making your subject matter interesting, how to engage with audiences of different sizes, make-up and culture, how to handle questions from the floor, and building confidence.
During a highly personal, 1-1 series of 2 hour training sessions, participants build vocal skills and confidence with a series of escalating exercises to practise daily, along with practical homework tailored to the needs of the individual. Working to broaden both the physical and mental constraints that people put on themselves, these sessions work toward the individual speaking with confidence in any arena.
